Great rooftop terrace with beautiful views. the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The price was exorbitant during the New Year period, making it feel like a less value, for, money stay. the check, in process was tedious, requiring guests to fill in extensive forms.

The hotel is located in a rather posh area close to nice shops and the old city center, making it perfect for exploring and shopping. The rooms are well-appointed with all the modern facilities you could need, including a very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The attention to detail in the hotel, from the modern and well-maintained furniture to the abundance of mirrors and dimming options in the rooms, is commendable.

I loved the location of Ruby Louise Hotel Frankfurt, it was perfect for exploring the city. The room was small but well designed and had everything I needed. The hotel had a system outage during check-in, but the front staff were very accommodating. The terrace of the hotel was a great place to relax, and I especially appreciated the friendly staff, particularly Leon, who went out of his way to assist me and even helped me order a taxi when I checked out. The breakfast had a good variety of options for vegans, and I appreciated the hotel's focus on sustainability. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms.

Checking in was a breeze with the kiosk, helpful staff, good selection at breakfast buffet, excellent location near subway stations and tourist attractions, beautiful room with cool theme, great water pressure in shower.
