The price was exorbitant during the New Year period, making it feel like a less value-for-money stay. The check-in process was tedious, requiring guests to fill in extensive forms.

The hotel is located in a rather posh area close to nice shops and the old city center, making it perfect for exploring and shopping. The rooms are well-appointed with all the modern facilities you could need, including a very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The attention to detail in the hotel, from the modern and well-maintained furniture to the abundance of mirrors and dimming options in the rooms, is commendable.

I loved the location of Ruby Louise Hotel Frankfurt, it was perfect for exploring the city. The room was small but well designed and had everything I needed. The hotel had a system outage during check-in, but the front staff were very accommodating. The terrace of the hotel was a great place to relax, and I especially appreciated the friendly staff, particularly Leon, who went out of his way to assist me and even helped me order a taxi when I checked out. The breakfast had a good variety of options for vegans, and I appreciated the hotel's focus on sustainability. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms.

Checking in was easy with the kiosk, helpful staff, good selection at breakfast buffet, excellent location near subway stations and tourist attractions, beautiful room with cool theme, great water pressure in shower.

Great location: centrally located near the shopping district and within a 1-minute walk to public transportation. Also close to great dining locations. Cleanliness: the hotel and rooms were very clean, with modern designs and fully equipped for a short stay. Friendly staff: Alyssa/Alicia provided excellent service, being guest-centric and offering tips and tricks for a pleasant stay.
